Dear Parent/Carer,

My name is Kim Murdock and I am the Head of Inclusion ands Designated Safeguarding Lead  at St Andrew's.  I lead a team of adults who are highly qualified and who are dedicated to meeting the needs of all our children.  

Our school welcomes  all children and we strive to ensure they all have an equal opportunity to thrive here.  In order to do this, some children need additional support.  We work alongside each individual child to tailor support that meets their needs and helps them to progress.  Our parents and carers are vital partners in this process and this co-operation makes such a difference.
