The objects of the CIO are: 
To advance the education of pupils at St Andrew’s Church of England 
Primary School (hereinafter called “the School”) in Hove, East Sussex, 
through the provision of grants to  
(1) Assist in the provision of educational facilities, activities, and 
programmes of the School.
(2) Relieve the hardship and poverty of the School’s individual pupils 
and their parents or main carers.
Nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property 
of the CIO for the purposes which are not charitable in accordance with 
the Charities Act 2011
